Subscription & Billing

Premium is available as a monthly or a yearly subscription, billed in euros. The current price is always shown in the app before you confirm a payment, and the price you accept at checkout is the price that applies to your subscription.

Everything outside Premium stays available without a subscription: your profile, calorie and macro targets, weight tracking, the exercise library and the basic workout plan.

Payments are processed by our payment providers: card and wallet payments through Base44 Payments, and subscriptions through PayPal. GainPro AI does not see or store your full card number or your PayPal login details.

A subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period, monthly or yearly, until you cancel it. Renewal payments are collected by the same provider you subscribed with.

You can cancel at any time in the app, under Profile → Manage Subscription. Cancelling stops future payments. You keep Premium access until the end of the period you have already paid for, and after that your account continues on the free plan with all of your training and nutrition data intact.

Deleting your account also ends Premium and stops future payments, but it does not refund a period that has already been paid for.

If a charge looks wrong, write to us through the contact form and include the email address the payment was made with. We will check the charge with the payment provider before answering.
